1. Indicative prices. Prices on this website are starting prices for the standard scope described. Your quote is prepared after site measurement and design, and is fixed once you approve the design and quote in writing.
2. Changes. Any change after design freeze is priced as a change order, which you approve before work proceeds.
3. Portfolio. Items labelled "3D concept" are renders, not completed homes. Items labelled "Delivered" carry attribution to the designer and the context in which the work was done.
4. Consultation. The first consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side.
